Information on how to complete a speedtest on your SmartBox

NOTE.

Speedtest should always be completed on SmartBox for true Internet speed to device

Step 1. Go to Home Screen on SmartBox Unit

Step 2. Click on the 'Speedometer' (refer to number 3 on image below)

Step 3. Click 'BEGIN TEST' (you may need to enable 'cursor' on your remote to click)

Step 4. Wait for speedtest report to be completed

Note.

Download speed is the most important speed to ensure smooth streaming on SmartBox (minimum speed is 10-15mb for HD content)
