GOT A BLUE KODI SCREEN INSIDE MEDIA CENTRE?
Use this thread for when you have see a BLUE KODI screen after clicking on MEDIA CENTRE
Got the screen below? Follow the instructions below

Step 1. Open Media Centre
Step 2. Click on 'Add-ons'
Step 3. Click on 'Program Add-ons'
Step 4. Click on 'SmartBox Wizard' (if you do not have SmartBox Wizard, you have to follow the longer method here: https://www.smartboxnz.co.nz/viplounge/getting-started/3-media-centre-build-update)
Step 5. Click on 'Build'
Step 6. Click on 'ENGLISH PREMIUM BUILD'
Step 7. Click on 'Fresh Install'
Step 8. Click on 'Continue' when it asks to restore KODI configuration to default settings
Step 9. Sit back and let the installation complete
Step 10. When done, click 'FORCE' Close\
Step 11. Open Media Centre and LEAVE IT OPEN for 5 MINUTES before using it
Congratulations! You have now restored your system back to SmartBox Entertainment Build.
Note.
1. It is very important to leave your unit for 5 minutes after fresh installation to let internal updates take place inside Media Centre.
2. If the download fails half way or does not take place at all (check you have sufficient internet speed and/or your device is connected to the internet properly and try again
