HOW TO USE #VIP LOUNGE
Hi there,
Firstly we would like to welcome you if you have not already been welcomed, you are now part of our new way of providing support.
When you purchase your SmartBox, an invite will also be sent directing you to create an account in our #VIP Lounge (member's section), you can use your GMAIL or FACEBOOK account to login.
HOW TO USE #VIP LOUNGE:
Step 1. To always access #VIP Lounge, you have to either use your Mobile or Computer and go on to www.smartboxnz.co.nz and click '#VIP Lounge' (see image below, #VIP highlighted in yellow)
Step 2. After logging in, you will be greeted with the #VIP Lounge as per image below.
Step 3: Recommend first to head over to 'GETTING STARTED' Section where you get the basic/ start-up information (as per image below)
NOTE:
- RED LOCK means it is only for viewing and you are not able to comment on the thread
- RED BOOKMARK means (Pinned POST) i.e. will always be on top of thread
We have 4 CATEGORY in total, they are self explanatory, please take your time and explore these.
Anything not Premium package related goes to 'GENERAL SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING
HOW TO CREATE A POST:
Step 1. Click on choice of Category, let's focus on 'GENERAL SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING'
Step 2. Click on 'Create New Post' if your topic has not been covered after searching the thread topics.
What is Thread Topic? - see image below HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW. In this example, we have used 'NETFLIX NOT WORKING?'
Step 3. When you have clicked on 'Create New Post' you give your topic a good title and type your problem/issue in the section below after 'topic'. See example below:
When completed, click Publish.
Woohoo! You are all done and one of the Admin's or Moderators will review and comment to fix whatever your post is about.
When done, your Post will show up as a 'Thread' (see image below).
When Moderators or Members reply, it shows up as per image below:
The steps/ instructions above have been very simplified for all members, we appreciate and understand new systems/ setups take time so do not rush and take your time and understand the basic of using our #VIP Lounge
