This is designed for LIVE TV, the primary focus of this is LIVE TV.
The Movies and TV Shows that is available within this paid option is BONUS option (content that is there as a bonus but is not managed as priority hence the wording BONUS.
We can remove the bonus option but have this to provide best value for $$ however, this as mentioned again is not the priority for SmartElite (LIVE TV) Service.
EliteFlix (Paid Movies and TV Shows Service)
This is designed for Movies and TV Shows, the only focus for this is Movies and TV Shows, this system works very similar to larger organisation that offer streaming services (this system has over 100x more content to any system out there on the market place) and works independently to SmartElite (live tv + bonus options)
EliteFlix is a system purely dedicated to Movies and TV Shows hence why we offer COMBINED monthly subscription options for best of both worlds without any worry!

We are not like Netflix/ Disney+/ Neon TV/ LightBox etc. (These are large multi-million dollar infrastructure and have optimised systems for SLOW/ unstable internet as well

If you are not using our SmartBox Devices, we are not able to help you with any hardware issues you or your device faces
Any LIVE EVENTS (PPV, EPL, LEAGUES etc.) on SmartElite (LIVE TV) is a bonus, our team try to ensure the suppliers are always stable for these events but please note, this is not the CORE focus as its about delivery of LIVE TV
Our team/ brand is small, we offer value for money however, for any reason you think your experience is not what it should be and our team can not help you due to your internet problems or even our own service issues, please do not opt/ continue with our paid options
